  • Transmission Line Pulse Testing

    ESDEMC Technology LLC

Transmission Line Pulse testing, or TLP testing, is a method for semiconductor characterization of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection structures. In the Transmission Line Pulse test, high current pulses are applied to the pin under test (PUT) at successively higher levels through a coaxial cable of specified length. The applied pulses are of a current amplitude and duration representative of the Human Body Model (HBM) event (or a Charged Device Model – CDM – event in the case of Very Fast TLP, or VF-TLP).

  • Active Dual Loop Antenna

KH30936 - Beijing KeHuan Century EMC Technology Co,.LTD

KH30936 active dual loop antenna is used for adjusting, testing, measuring and other receivers. It has many advantages:1. The antenna coverage frequency is wide: 150KHz ~ 30MHz .2. The field strength value is measured according to the correction coefficient within the effective frequency range, which is convenient to use.3. The antenna power is supplied by the host, which is convenient for outdoor measurement.4. Compared with the single loop antenna, the advantage is to read the maximum value directly, which eliminates the tedious steps of rotating the antenna to find the maximum value and the interference of the human body to the signal.

  • ESD & Latch-Up Test System

    Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.

Identify and help correct ESD and latch-up susceptibility issues on sensitive integrated circuit components prior to full-scale production with the Thermo Scientific™ MK.2-SE ESD and Latch-Up Test System. The MK.2-SE test system provides advanced capabilities to test high pin count IC devices to Human Body Model (HBM) and Machine Model (MM) ESD standards. The system’s pulse delivery design addresses wave form hazards such as trailing pulse and pre-discharge voltage rise, and performs Latch-Up testing per the JEDEC EIA/JESD 78 Method.

  • Vibration Meters

    PCE Instruments

A vibration meter is used in manufacturing for machine condition monitoring, product testing and quality assurance. Many machine maintenance technicians use vibration meter devices in tandem with sound level meters to analyze frequency. A vibration meter also can be used in civil engineering to measure the vibration of structures such as buildings, roads and bridges. In addition, specialized vibration meter devices can be used to measure the vibration of the human body. Any vibration meter will measure one or more of the following parameters: vibration acceleration, vibration velocity (speed) and / or vibration displacement.A vibration meter is typically a portable device with a memory for storing measurements. Most vibration meter models feature a built-in data logger for collecting and recording vibration measurement data over time. In this way, vibration measurement data can be acquired with great precision.
